Baby Care Centers
You can change and feed your baby at these Baby Care Centers hosted by Carnation. One location in each Theme Park.
Camera Services
Various camera services are available at several Theme Park locations. These services may include film sales, camera sales, camera and digital camera accessories. Film can be purchased at most retail locations.
Credit Cards
Visa is the proud sponsor of the Walt Disney World® Resort. Traveler’s checks, cash, JCB, Diners Club Card®, Discover®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Disney Gift Cards are also accepted.
Express Transportation Option
The Express Transportation Option makes Park Hopper® Option even better by helping you get to the magic. This service will pick you up and drop you off from inside the theme parks, bypassing the main entrance and standard theme park-to-theme park transportation.
The Express Transportation Option offers unlimited transportation to all 4 theme parks; pick-up and drop off at specified locations inside the parks; quick re-entry to the parks—no need to go through the main entrance; departures available every 30 minutes; and is available beginning at 10AM until parks close.
Single-Day Express Transportation is US $15 per person and valid on the date of the purchase. Multi-Day Express Transportation is US $24 per person and valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Theme park ticket with Park Hopper Option required for both options.
This option is available for purchase at all four theme park ticket windows and Guest Relations, Disney Springs™ ticket window, Disney Resort hotel concierge locations, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel ticket desks, and kiosks at Express Transportation check-in locations:
- Magic Kingdom® Park – Near exit of Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
- Epcot® – East side of Spaceship Earth
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios® – Courtyard in front of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park – Near entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris
Express Transportation is non-transferable and non-refundable. Valid theme park admission and Park Hopper Option required. Each person in the party must have this option on their ticket to board. Children under 3 are free. Express Transportation purchase will be validated at each boarding point. Admission to each theme park is subject to capacity closures and to other restrictions.
First Aid
There is a First Aid Station available in each Theme Park. A resident nurse is on duty who can dispense aspirin and bandages and handle sudden illnesses.
Guest Relations
Available near the entrance to each Theme Park, you can visit these locations for Disney information,dining assistance, faxes, lost & found, currency exchange and as a message center.
Kennels
Best Friends Pet Care – operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. is located across from Disney’s Port Orleans Resort at 2510 Bonnet Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830. Best Friends Pet Care offers accommodations, activities, and amenities for your furry friends. Services also include grooming and doggy day camp.
With the exception of service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in the Theme Parks or Disney Resort hotels, or on the Disney Resort hotel or Theme Park buses. Pets may, however, stay in the air-conditioned facility, which is a member of the Pet Care Services Association.
Disney Resort hotel reservations do not guarantee space for your pets in the facility. Reservations at Best Friends Pet Care are not required but are suggested. Call (877) 4 WDW-PETS for more information and to make reservations.
Lockers
For your convenience, lockers may be rented for a small fee to store items during your visits to the Theme Parks.
Park Maps and Daily Times Guide
Found throughout each Theme Park, use these maps to help plan your visit. Maps display locations of all attractions, entertainment, dining throughout the Park with information on Guest Services. There is also a Daily Times Guide, which will advise parade and show times plus character greeting information.
Package Pick-Up
For your convenience, purchases made throughout the day can be delivered to special locations for pick up as you exit the Park. Purchases can also be delivered to Walt Disney World Resort hotels or shipped via UPS or FedEx®.
Stroller Rentals
Strollers are available for rent. Quantities are limited and subject to availability. The stroller rental fee is $15 USD per day* for a single-passenger stroller and $31 USD per day for a double-passenger stroller**.
Length of Stay: For Guests who require a stroller rental for multiple days, we offer a Length of Stay rental ticket where you make a one-time payment transaction for as many days of rental that you will need. Upon visiting a Theme Park, simply show your receipt at the stroller rental location and you will be directed through the queue with little or no wait.
We provide this rental service as a convenience to our Guests, but Guests are certainly welcome to bring their own personal stroller when visiting the Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs Area.
* A $100 credit card imprint is required for deposit when renting a stroller at Disney Springs.
Translation
Disney’s Show Translators are available for Guests with limited English fluency for select attractions. Guests may choose from one of the five key languages: French, German, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish. Guests may rent the units at Guest Relations locations in all four parks by paying a refundable $100 USD deposit. These wireless show translators use leading-edge digital audio technology that allows Guests to hear synchronized translated narrations via personal translation units.
Guests with Disabilities
Guests with hearing disabilities should consult the Guide for Guests with Disabilities available at Guest Relations for information on Sign Language services, Assistive Listening Devices, Reflective, Handheld, & Video Captioning, Written Aids, and TTYs.
Wheelchair Rentals
For the convenience of Guests with disabilities, wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) are available for rent at a variety of locations throughout Disney Theme Parks and the Disney Springs Area. A limited supply of wheelchairs is also available for Guests use at select Disney Resort hotel locations, but ECVs are not available. ECVs are designed to be single-rider and not to hold more than one person.
Rental Fees (Prices are subject to change.)
$12 USD per day for wheelchairs at Theme Parks
$12 USD per day plus a $100 USD refundable security deposit for wheelchairs at the Disney Springs Area
$50 USD per day plus a $20 USD refundable security deposit for ECVs at Theme Parks
$50 USD per day plus a $100 USD refundable security deposit for ECVs at the Disney Springs Area
Rented units must be returned to the original rental location to receive a security deposit refund. Guests must be 18 years of age to rent an ECV. ECVs are designed to be single-rider and not to hold more than one person.

For Guests who require a wheelchair rental for multiple days, Disney Theme Parks offer a length of stay rental ticket where you make a one-time payment transaction for as many days of rental as you will need. Wheelchairs are available for $10 USD per day when rented for multiple days. Upon visiting a Disney Theme Park, show your receipt at the wheelchair rental location and you will be expedited through the queue with a reduced wait time. The length of stay rental option is not available or valid at Disney Springs.
Magic Kingdom® Park
Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available at the Stroller Shop inside the Magic Kingdom Park entrance. For more information, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at City Hall.
Epcot®
Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available on the east side of the Epcot Entrance Plaza and at the International Gateway. For more information, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations on the east side of Spaceship Earth.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios®
Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available at Oscar’s Super Service just inside the Main Entrance to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Replacement wheelchairs are available at the In Character Costume Shop. For more information, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park
Wheelchair and ECV rentals are available at Garden Gate Gifts inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. For more information, ask for the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities at Guest Relations.
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
Wheelchairs are welcome at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park; however, they are not available for rent.
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
Wheelchairs are welcome at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park; however, they are not available for rent.
Disney Springs Area
Rentals are available at Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories at Disney Springs Marketplace and at DisneyQuest® Emporium at Disney Springs West Side.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
A limited number of wheelchairs are available at each Disney Resort Hotel. Contact Guest Services or the Front Desk for assistance. A $315 USD deposit will be held on the Guest room account—charged only if the wheelchair is not returned. Guests wishing to guarantee the use of a wheelchair throughout their stay should contact local area rental companies to make arrangements.
Disability Access Service Card
The Disability Access Service Card is designed to accommodate Guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue environment due to a disability (including non-apparent disabilities). A Disability Access Service Card will be issued at Guest Relations main entrance locations and will offer Guests a return time for attractions based on the current wait time. As soon as the Guest finishes one attraction, they can receive a return time for another. This service can be used in addition to Disney’s FASTPASS Service and Disney FastPass+ service. Disney Parks have long recognized and accommodated Guests with varying needs and will continue to work individually with Guests with disabilities to provide assistance that is responsive to their unique circumstances. Guests should visit Guest Relations to discuss their individual needs.
