Crystal has spent the last 20 years of her life working for the Walt Disney Company from Magic Kingdom Cast Member to Annual Pass Call Center Rep to Travel Agent. Crystal has endless Theme Park knowledge and a deep passion for her brand. She prides herself on her countless repeat Guests as well as multiple year “Best of the Valley” and Medallion Club awards! She visits Orlando every few months to keep up on the latest news and offerings for Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, and The Universal Orlando Resort. In her free time, she sings in a few cover bands throughout the state of Wisconsin as well as loves to road trip to beaches, baseball stadiums, and National Parks alongside her amazing travel loving husband!
