Shuttle Details: Shuttle service is not available between the hours of 10 AM-3 PM. The shuttle ride can take from 20-45 minutes, based on additional hotel stops and traffic to Universal Orlando.
After you finish your day at Universal Orlando, the shuttles start running again at 3:15 PM. Your pick up time from the park is determined by calling Mears a minimum of 3 hours prior to your desired pick up time from the park.
