Our agents are the most experienced agents you will find to help you plan your Disney and Orlando vacations. Allison Jones – Allison has spent her whole life either playing or working at Disney World.  She participated in the Disney College Program and worked as a lifeguard at Typhoon Lagoon. She continued working at Disney at Tower of Terror, Beauty and the Beast, and Fantasmic!  She continued her love of Disney by starting a travel agency, Destinations in Florida, specializing in Disney & Orlando.

Allison is the #1 travel agent in the world, recognized by Universal Studios. She has a Disney Restaurant column in Celebrations Magazine and is a contributor for Preschoolers Guide to Disney World, Insider’s Guide to Disney World, Wizarding World of Harry Potter Guide, and Insider’s Guide to Disney Cruise.

Heidi Marlowe – Heidi started visiting Disneyland as a young child and was captivated by the Disney magic. She has the experience visiting Disney World, Disneyland, and Disney Cruise Line as an adult, as a family with preschoolers, as a family with older children, and now as a family with teens. She was one of the first agents to sail on the Disney Dream, before the Inaugural Cruise. She is a Disney College of Knowledge Graduate, Florida Specialist, and Universal Vacations Specialist. Heidi also received the Tripatini Top Blogger Award for her Disney Travel blog and is considered a 2011 Superoo by Trekaroo.

Thad and Sue Norgaard

Thad and Sue have been fans of Disney since they were very young. They started visiting Disney as a child and now enjoy taking their own children. Thad and Sue are Disney College of Knowledge Graduates and Universal Specialists. Both Thad and Sue were some of the first agents to cruise on the new Disney Dream, even before the Inaugural Cruise. Shirley Schmidt

Shirley has been a fan of Disney, since she was young. She is an active member of the Disneyana Fan Club and Make a Wish Foundation, bringing children to Disney. She visits Disney World several times a year and cruises almost as often. She recently sailed on the new Disney Dream, before the Inaugural Cruise. She has also taken many of the Adventures by Disney Tours, with her husband. Shirley specializes in family travel to Disney and Adventures by Disney. Missy Tonkin

“Mouse Ears” Missy grew up in Southern California where she was a regular to Disneyland and Universal Studios.  She discovered Walt Disney World in her early 20′s and fell in love-with Orlando!  She loved it so much, she moved to Florida with her family!  She loves sharing her passion with other Disney and Universal fans.  Her favorite thing I do is to plan vacation for a family visiting for the first time.  ”I know these people are about to fall in love with this place for themselves. Monica Coleman

Monica’s love of Disney started at the age of 3 during her first visit to Disneyland. She now lives right down the road from Mickey’s house and loves every minute of the magic! Her Disney passion is Disney Cruise Line. She has taken 7 cruises in 5 years and has five more cruises planned for this year.  She recently got off the Inaugural Cruise for the Disney Dream and is scheduled for the Inaugural Cruise for the Disney Fantasy.

Lissa Critz

Lea Robinson

Growing up, Lea went to Walt Disney World every year as part of my summer vacation. She fell in love with the magic all over again, when she brings her own children to Disney. Experiencing the magic through their eyes, is a whole new experience. Jonathan’s first visit to Disney World was in 1980 at the age of 3. He has been back every year since he was a child. He and his wife celebrated their honeymoon at Disney World and now he takes his girls to enjoy the magic with Mickey Mouse. Jonathan speaks Spanish and focuses on family travel to Walt Disney World.

Owen Cammack

As an Orlando local, Owen has been visiting Disney World since it opened in 1971 with his children. He has the unique experience of planning and visiting the Walt Disney World Resort throughout his life. He visited Disney World through the years as a family with kids, then with teenagers, as an empty-nester, and now a senior. Owen is a Disney College of Knowledge Graduate and Universal Specialists. Jennifer Ginn

Tim Jones

Tim is a long time Florida Resident with a passion for Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. He was a Project Manager on Lost Continent at Islands of Adventure, so he saw this popular theme park start from just dirt and transform into an incredible theme park. He put his construction management behind him to start planning Universal Studios vacations. He is a fan of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter and even attended the celebrity filled Grand Opening Preview. He is the author of the popular Wizarding World of Harry Potter Guide and has been to this new island over 100 times in less than a year. Tim specializes in family travel to Disney and Universal Studios.

Brittany grew up in Fort Myers, Florida and would visit Walt Disney World at least 6 times a year. She knows everything from the best places to eat, to the best times to be in the parks. She loves Disney so much, she packed up and moved to the area to work for Mickey himself. Kim White

Kim has been a Disney Fan since her first trip to Disney World, when she was 10.  She stayed at the Contemporary and thought the Monorail was the coolest thing ever.  Especially since it went through the hotel itself!  She took an Art of Walt Disney class in college where her knowledge grew, but it wasn’t until she became a Cast Member at the Disney Stores in the Minneapolis area that her Disney passion grew.  She was in love with the knowledge and customer service and everything Disney had to offer.

Nancy Bobby

While Nancy Bobby, her husband and college-age daughter live in the Baltimore, MD area, they all consider Walt Disney World to be a “second home”. Believing that a Disney vacation can be affordable for everyone, Nancy started a blog, The Affordable Mousein 2009, to provide ways to save money on a Disney vacation. After helping so many people plan their own Disney vacations, she decided to make it official by joining the Destinations in Florida team in spring 2011.
